2008/2009 has been an eventful period for Prostruc.

Winner of Inaugural Engineers Australia (EA) National Photo Competition
This award was coupled with front page and centre page spread in the EA Magazine August 2008. Prostruc submitted the winning photo by James Lauritz. The theme of the competition was to provide a photograph “best depicting what engineers do”.

Engineers Australia (Vic) Industry Week
August 2008 - Selected to display the Melbourne Cement Facilities Silo A upgrade project at the Victorian State Library during Industry Week.

Association of Consulting Engineers (ACSEV) Excellence award.
Winner Best Steel Design award September 2008.

Claudius Peters (Germany).
August 2009 - Invited by Claudius Peters to present a paper in Germany (Application of Expansion Chamber Principle to Upgrade Cement Silo)

Clean Coal Project
August 2009 - Appointed to design foundation works for a clean coal project at Callide A power plant in Biloela North Queensland.
